About Us

We -M/S Hind Gold Automotive Components (HGAC STRINGING TOOLS) , Channel partner M/S Ace Projects , off 2371, Sector-28, Faridabad - 121008, Haryana, INDIA providing Head boards, Automatic Come Along clamps, Bolted Come along clamps, Aluminium alloy running out blocks/ Aerial rollers, Suspension Platforms, Reel Elevators, Spacer trolleys and other tools for stringing companies.

The company was established in 1968 by Mr. Darshan Lal Sethi, who was an engineer trained in  Neckarsulm, Germany, M/S Karl Schmidt GMBH and SIM Inter SA, Switzerland, where he got his experience in gravity/ chill casting of Aluminium & other non-ferrous and ferrous alloys. The activities of the company were offering of automobile and other engineering components such as Aerial rollers for SAE (India) now taken over by M/S KEC International Ltd. since 1970s. Now the group companies are managed by his heirs.

Our company is an ISO 9001:2008 & CE Compliance certified company having our own in-house machining, testing, casting and manufacturing facilities. We are catering to clients like M/S KEC International Ltd. (domestic and International Division, Mumbai), M/S Tata Projects, M/S Sterlite, M/S L & T, M/S Bajaj Electricals,  M/S Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, M/S Unitech and all leading players in stringing operations in India. In Internationally, we have supplied to M/S KEC for M/S Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, UAE & Ghana Projects for Tanzania projects. We are also catering to manufacturers and exporter who are in turn giving to other companies.

We have tool room & production facilities at three locations in near New Delhi, Faridabad, INDIA having state of art tool room & production machines such as  CNCs, VMCs and also conventional machines for making dies & for production of components. We have our own heat treatment plant to optimize the mechanical and physical properties of the aluminum results and steel in increase tensile strength and wear resistance of the components according to the requirement of the product. We are having our advance testing facility both Destructive & N.D.T. facilities like  universal testing machine, magnetic particle inspection,  hardness testers rubber tensile testing, Ultrasonic testing machine & special purpose testing machines according to the product design. We are having designing facility, which works on Solid Works platform for product designing, part,  and their simulation.

Our Infrastructure

In the growing city of Haryana that is Faridabad is located our own strong and spacious production house. The production house is developed in a modern style, which makes way for our experts to perform every task with safety. Semi-automatic operations in our unit are conducted as our experts work on machines as well as manually. Gripping Clamp, Come Along Clamp, Drum Lifting Jack, Snatch Block Hook and many other products are produced in bulk at our unit to meet the needs of clients wanting urgent and instant delivery of products.

We own an in-house casting, testing, machining, welding and heat treatment facilities. Our modern tool rooms at three locations in Faridabad are well-equipped. We have many quality testing facilities at our Quality Inspection Department, Universal Testing Machine, Rubber Tensile Testing Machine, Ultrasonic Testing Machine, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Special Purpose Testing Machines and Rockwell & Brinell Hardness Tester are some to name.

Our History

In the year 1968, Mr. Darshan Lal Sethi, an engineer trained in Germany and Switzerland at M/S Karl Schmidt GMBH and SIM Inter SA, formed a company, which stands as our parent company today. He holds rich experience in casting Aluminum and other alloys. Under his leadership, engineering components like Aerial rollers were manufactured. In 1970, the company was taken over by M/S KEC International Ltd. The Group has now affiliated to companies and being taken care by Hind Gold Automotive Components (Stringing Part Division). Companies like M/S Bajaj Electricals, M/s Kalpatru, M/S KEC International Ltd., M/S Tata Projects, M/S L & T, M/S Unitech etc., are our customers.
